Intrepid Potash, Inc. (NYSE: IPI) - peeled off 10% remaining shares to book gain and cover loss in NSH
NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (NYSE: NSH) - Closed position for small loss

I think both the market and I agree w/ your conclusion on a distribution cut in NSH. Stock was hitting new lows after my purchase w/ no further announcement from management. Insiders have bought big but maybe will be buying more if/when they cut the distribution. A distribution cut could take NSH down to $15.00/share and that is the price where I might start to nibble at shares.

Peeled off a few shares of my IPI at $15.10/share as this one continues to move higher on the announcement that Potash inventory reserves are down. I also saw this insider buy in IPI:

Spring Creek Capital reports 5.44% passive stake in Intrepid Potash. Apparently Koch Industries has some affiliation w/ Spring Creek Capital. I continue to hold my low cost shares as IPI moves high w/ speculators buying into the buy out story. All of my seed money is out and hold "house" money now.
