Re NS/NSH - the transcript of the analyst meeting that I was referring to, is posted on seekingalpha: seekingalpha.com I recommend that you search for the word "pain" ... Greeley's Insider buying does not mean much, because Greeley always buys. I figure he does not know what else to do with his distributions. This certainly shows confidence, but as a predictor of future performance, it's worthless. I personally would like to know what exactly the "pain" feels like, before jumping in. A few management heads on sticks (in particular those that caused this mess) wouldn't hurt either.
