Dem Senators Recalled in heavily Democrat districts. This is a referendum on sending your New York City billionaires into Colorado to tell us how to vote. These two yokels were bought and lost their jobs because they forgot who they were supposed to represent.

Morse was voted out 50.9-49 percent. Giron was ousted 56 percent to 44
percent.

Former Bergen County Democratic chairman indicted in alleged racketeering scheme

Joseph A. Ferriero, the former chairman of the Bergen County Democratic Organization, was indicted today by a federal grand jury for allegedly running a racketeering scheme in which he paid lucrative kickbacks to a public official, solicited more than a million dollars in illegal payments and extorted companies wanting to do business in Bergen County.

The 74-page indictment marks another major setback for a political figure who for years was known as a forceful, statewide Democratic powerbroker and kingmaker. In October 2009, the 56-year-old politician was convicted by a federal jury of public corruption, but a year later the conviction was vacated by a judge.
