Regarding AXC's recent insider purchasing...

What are the rules regarding when insiders can purchase stock? Has Ed's and gang time frame for legal purchasing this quarter expired?

I have an inkling something big may be on the horizon, but with AXC my inklings have been almost exclusively wrong. Oh well.

If not too much trouble would you please briefly describe the technicalities in question. While I would certainly love to see the stock at $60, there is aside of me wishing to play a reversal upon appeal which will move this stock to the $6-8 range. If AXC lost on a technicality that will be reversed then we may all reap a windfall in 98. Would appreciate any information!
