I'm here. There is no correlation between the number of posts I submit and my enthusiasm for the stock. I am holding every share I ever bought, almost all of them in cert form. MMs are still playing around with the stock providing some downward pressure. They realize that there is a retail buyer out there and they don't want to give them much cheap stock so they are shorting and covering, shorting and covering, trying to make a few cents here and there. Nothing to be concerned about if you are a long term player. Soon the company will be focused on being listed when the form 10 is filed. There will be an announcement when it's filed. I have been only skimming the posts because of lack of time. I noticed one that I must respond to. SamIam stated:Go with a discount broker and always do your own DD. I DISAGREE. I would never recommend going with anyone who cold calls under any circumstances. I find it very invasive. When they call me, I immediately tell them 'I am not interested'. They always continue talking so I say 'You obviously don't listen to what your clients say'. They seem to be scam artists. There are some very good reasons to go with a retail broker provided you have a good one. A broker can make you or break you, literally. I have a good broker who has supplied me with much of the information that I have posted here. That is right. For those of you who bought, held, or bought more based upon my postings, you have my broker to thank. Does my broker want me to drum up business for her or give her any recognition? NO. She should be recognized and I am doing it now. Did I do much of the DD on this company? NO. My broker did. Because of her, I have known the full story of what has been going on with this company since the Spring. On top of that, on her last recommendation, I accumulated a large amount of shares of another stock where my average purchase price was around 2.18 - 2.28. The stock ultimately hit 8! I sold out when it started losing support at a great profit, paid off debts and put it all into Coconino at about .20. She specializes in these inexpensive stocks with great fundamentals. How many of you can research these companies several hours a day every day? I believe that is what it takes. She researches companies for months before I take a position. She has other companies that she is doing research right now which will also be great plays. So you see, a good retail broker can be the best thing that ever happened to you. I know mine is for me. She will be amply rewarded next year or so when I hand over my certs to her. David
