I used to believe in evolution but over time, I thought about the implications of software based life. Software much more sophisticated than what humans produce, in Bill Gate's opinion. And realized the likelihood of accidental changes in software leading to new complex features is just too outlandish to put faith in. You know, evolution isn't a discovery found in a laboratory ... it's just an argument about what happened in the past. The really honest thing to do would be to say we don't know how life originated or what caused life to change over time.
