I went gunless for many years after disposing of the small arsenal I inherited from my father. What brought this about was a situation where I thought that if I could have gotten to a gun, I'd have shot a guy it turned out I didn't have to. So, I went about 20 years with no guns at all. At some point, I realized Republicans were buying guns left and right, and I thought that as a representative of the other team, I should arm myself again too. Now, I just want my "Armed Liberal" bumper sticker!
