Which is only part of the whole. Also doctors who take Medicare patients, who don't totally opt out of the program, can't take 65+ patients outside of Medicare. You can't self-insure???? If you haven't taken Part B? You can sign a private contract with the doc.. " A private contract is a written agreement between you and a doctor or other health care provider who has decided not to provide services to anyone through Medicare. The private contract only applies to the services provided by the doctor or other provider who asked you to sign it.
