Mr. Riley, you can stoop to unintelligent smears if you wish. You pointed out the following: Such inflated statements without basis in fact are nothing short of fraud. And if Araldica uses these inflated book values in their accounting, they will be guilty of fraud too! I wonder what the arrangement is between Araldica and StocksWatch? If you care to question the auditing, why don't you contact the accounting firm of Goldenburg, Rosenthal, and Friedlander of Jenkintown, Pa.? I'm sure they could teach you a few things about accounting principals. Jim

Thank you C. Riley, Although I don't condone your accusations of fraud, which are perhaps more suspicions than accusations, I thank you for your honest input. Truly you have offered more analysis than anyone on this thread and have asked some tough questions. Whoever made the comment that you are jeopardizing people's investments with your negativity is missing the point. If you're wrong and the stock is solid, your comments will have little impact if any on the strength of a quality stock, but if you're right then your comments may actually help some people keep from losing their money. There is no reason to get emotional and mount personal attacks because of someone's analysis. The real question is "are C. Riley's numbers and arguements valid?". I would appreciate it if anyone can dispute your claims and numbers, as I'm sure you would as well. People shouldn't get bent out of shape if someone's arguements come with facts and numbers. These aren't personal attacks on shareholders, they're information. There is no reason for people to fear your comments but it seems like that's what they've provoked. Anyone who can post some real arguements other than name calling and emotional outbursts will be appreciated. One day someone says 'here we go, I've got a good feeling' (or something like that), the next day someone says 'we'll be over $1.00 by the end of the week'...then someone with some real input gets bashed? I could understand people being annoyed with you if you showed up once a week saying 'it's gonna crash this week, I can feel it', but why fear real information? This thread is focused more on chearleading than any other thread I've been on. It's real information that's going to make or save us money in this stock not 'hunches or hype'. The people who should be on this thread are people who want to talk about the stock, not people who need someone to make them feel better about they're investments. Barry
