You don't think we're on the way there? It took several decades to build it up, and this stuff doesn't happen overnight.

And I never said that labor laws NEVER get enforced without union representation, nor that union representation is the ONLY factor involved. But good luck ever taking on Intel with one lawyer if you had to.

Yes....especially with a claim for unpaid OT. A simple phone call the the Labor Dept. is usually all you need. Most employers will pay up, justified or not, to avoid an "investigation"....
