Z, It didn't run out. It was funneled and schemed out. LOL, you can call it whatever you want, but the result was the same. The money ran out. With the worker-to-retiree ratio falling in this country, it's going to be a lot harder to continue funding these retirement pensions. The price of giving everyone worry-free retirement packages is skyrocketing, just like health care costs. You can't continue your pollyannish attitudes towards funding it. Tenchusatsu
