Do you happen to know how many such insider shares there are,
and are these shares in addition to what is reported as the float?
Thanks.

Piranha,

I just watched the lock-up release on Rambus on November 10. It was pretty much a non-event. It was trading in the high 40's, dropped about 3-4 to mid-to-low forties and is now back up in the 50's. The release of these shares for 3dfx will be a non-event. Remember, earnings are reported on all shares issued, not just the floated shares. With products as strong of 3dfx, I am unconcerned about any release of shares, period. (From what I understand, any selling done at lock-up release is usually venture capitalist selling.)
