Look at the number of federal employees, in the right column (in millions). It went down from 2009 to 2011.
By less than one percent. That's a rounding error.

What about all the "stimulus money" that went to the states? That increase in spending doesn't count?

Lot of other examples of increased spending that don't involve more federal employees.
The public sector is the only sector in which employment has not gone up under Obama.
It sure didn't go down. Remember, Obama "created or saved" over a million jobs, LOL ...
