"That wasn't the catholic Church. It was the holy spirit moving in the hearts of believers for thousands of years. Job comes to mind."

So you our getting the Bible was something like it fell out of the sky into the hearts of believers fully written and fully edited and fully canonized by men and then fully preserved by these men. The Jesus ordained leadership was all meaningless in your mind. The ecumenical councils where bishops met to make critical decisions such as the Creeds, the canon of scripture, the trinitarian declarations were meaningless because they were not in the bible. So why do you believe in Father, Son and Holy Spirit since it is nowhere clearly said in the Bible that God is three persons in one God. Where in the Bible do you find that the all you need is the Bible with no leadership? Does it make any difference to you that Jesus chose 12 Apostles, anointed them, and gave them special responsibilities? Does it make any difference to you that the Apostles chosen by Jesus chose and anointed another Apostles when Judas killed himself? Does it make any difference that in the 15th chapter of Acts that the Church leaders held a council and make the decisions that was enforced on all local churches/

Your idea that Christ created a Church that only needed "the holy spirit moving in the hearts of believers" is not scriptural and not truthful. Even your local church and all Protestants Churches have leadership, but their leadership is self-appointed rather than apostolic. Each local church leader becomes, in reality, a kind of pope in deciding doctrines and beliefs and interpreting scriptures. That's why you have some 50,000+ Protestant denominations because each time there's a disagreement they split and start a new church.

Did you know that Martin Luther, the father of the Protestant protest, took 7 books out of the Old Testament and four out of the New Testament? Do you know why he took the 7 books out of the Old Testament? Because a group of rabbis convinced him that the historical Christian (Catholic) Bible was wrong in following the Septuagint version of the Old Testament rather than the Talmudic Jewish version. The Apostles under the leadership of the Holy Spirit had decided to use the Septuagint version of the Old Testament instead of the Hebrew because the majority of Jews in that day spoke and read Greek and not Hebrew. The Septuagint became the Christian version of the Bible and the Septuagint contained those 7 books not found in the Hebrew Masoretic text. So Luther wrongfully followed the advice of the anti-Christ rabbis rather than the Holy Spirit inspired Apostles. See, your Protestant version of the Old Testament didn't fall out of the sky but rather fell out of a satanic anti-Christ Jewish suggestion to Martin Luther.

Luther also took out 4 books out of the New Testament at the same time---Revelation, Hebrews, James and Hebrews. Thank God that these books were later restored because of Calvin and Zwingli (I believe) and the Catholic New Testament was preserved for the Protestant Church. Another example of how Satan and the Masonic lodges tried to manipulate the Bible is found in the history of the King James version of the Bible. King James was a Greek and Latin scholar and he decided to included all the Catholic books in the original King James bible with a note as to their extra canonical nature. The Mason and other fanatic Protestant finally edited the Catholic books out of the New Testament in approx. 1850s. Today we buy a King James version of the bible and there is never a mention that they revises and edited King James' original King James bible.

No, the bible never fell out of the sky in full form but rather was carefully protected and preserved by the God-ordained Catholic leadership all of course under the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit placed upon the Church by Jesus Christ himself.
