Put it another way... A dumbed down electorate will continue to elect crooks that give away free stuff. The same electorate that swallows your climate bs, live off of ebt cards and find very little reason to earn a living. Just a cyclical problem working its way back to free market principals.

So, the intellectual argument you're putting forward is one (and only one) out of dozens of polls support your position, so that's the poll you cling to and support? On top of that, CNN is an obviously biased news organization, run by one of the founding leading liberal plutocrats. Not surprising. Really, not surprising at all...
