What part of "promote the general welfare" don't y'all understand? Here's what comes with the territory.... Food stamps, housing vouchers, Liheap, Medicaid, Obamacare, k-12 education, and, later in life, for those who worked and their spouses,medicare and a pension called social security. In most places, libraries, police, fire, and burial, too. I've prolly forgotten a few. Oh, yeah; meals with your education in Dallas.
