SH I agree with your feelings. Factual responses and solid logic are the best way to deal with lies and distortions. Fortress America says keep him out of our area. Strong America says respond. HL's effect on me was reduced by the professional responses. I never felt a need to not hear HL. Still waiting for the facts from Naxos

I guess I'll be the drone who is the first to cite the haunting analogy to Orwell that we're experiencing from SI. Just today I received an e-mail from SI that read: "Posts like this are not acceptable on our site. Further violation of our terms of use will result in suspension." I was teasing someone on another thread, but, relatively speaking, it was pretty harmless. In any case, I got my wrists slapped. I'm beginning to feel the parameters of "liberty" set in. Funny, I always thought there were no borders in this country. I reckon that these folks at SI want to establish a certain culture on "their site." In any case, I'm still laughing at that hungrylion character.

sh, On several occasions HL has accused Naxos and it's management of outright fraud. He has insinuated that Behre Dolbear has salted samples and that Ledoux is part of the conspiracy. This is not an issue of free speech! A few months ago a small group of traders shorted a company's stock and then got on SI and AOL and announced to the thread that the CEO of the company had just been arrested and removed from the building in handcuffs. A total lie, but there were a lot of people that didn't wait to search out the truth. The stock took a big hit. You can not come into a forum such as this and slander people. Companies like BD and Ledeoux live off of their reputations. JJ and all the other people associated with NAXOF shouldn't have to tolerate being accused of criminal activity just so HungryLion can make a few bucks. Bruce

My guess is that HL will be back after 3 days... Jill suspends people for 3 days if they are complained about and a post that does not follow TOS accompanies the complaint. I know from experience. Unfortunatly you get no warning but Jill does respond to e-mail in a timely manner and will reinstate your priveliges upon recognition of the problem. I This is also one place where you have no right to face your accusers as Jill will not tell you who complained. I don't think disagreeing with someone is a reason to try and have them removed them but the true hypsters out there, and you knopw who you are, can't stand to have someone say anything negative about their precious company. Relax cheerleaders HL or me cannot take down this company. if they fail, they will do it all by themselves.
