Shane, I agree, history really does repeat itself with this stock. Top of the heap to bkrupt in 12 months flat. At this point, the only way I see them keeping control of the company away from the convertibles is chap 11. I'm hearing rumors of insider selling. Couple of trades this morning @ $1. The 8K is still not out on the wires yet. I wonder why??? I've happily invested my remains into ITHAX. I will be watching this stock for signs of a turnaround. Maybe a stop buy order @ $2.25. That will tell me the troubles are over. Bruce
