Another way of looking at this stock is that, in my opinion, their investment in the fab plant is worth the $308M market value of this stock. Even with no cash, no products, no management, nothing. People keep referring to the costs of the lawsuits. Most of these costs will be covered by S3's insurance or the independent insurance of the officers and directors of the company (which they all certainly have).
