To All,

I just spoke with Mr. Crisman. The following would be considered hearsay and is subject to the possibility of misinterpretation on my part:

WDC did not drop 1.7 TFI.

The exchange rate on Korean currency is very favorable to APM.

APM is capable of producing considerably more MR than they are, but TFI is what customers are buying and orders should continue for at least another 12 months.

The guy that invented GMR works across the hall from Mr. Crisman and the company has customers that expect to start buying GMR in about 2 years.

The over supply problem is generally not expected to last much more than a quarter.

The company will work to keep expenses low until things settle down.

APM works closely with their customers to develope future products well in advance of actual demand.

The demand for more storage in the PC industry remains high and should continue to grow.

I asked about future merger possibilities. They seem open to the idea but for obvious reasons would not comment beyond being in favor of the possibility.

I probably missed something but I think that covers the high points. I still think APM is a steal at current levels and will hold my long position.

Regards,

Don
