Well, if the Heritage Network says it I'll have to go along with it since they've always been so objective and impartial...

As far as the Full Faith and Credit Act. If that got passed the Republicans would simply DEMAND everything they don't like be defunded.

They'd refuse to fund education and the EPA (especially the EPA). To some extent that probably wouldn't be too bad. I don't know WHY we need this giant bureaucracy for education when each state and city already have their own.

But the idea of 200 plus Republicans getting to decide how EVERY penny is spent doesn't sound exactly like a true democracy...
