What will happen to those low end junkers in PR west of SR 19 where it will be a far greater hit?

That's a good question. I don't think those places will make economic sense to anyone with those insurance rates.

Makes sense to separate old big urban cores (NY, Cgo) from newer, growing urban areas like Houston where 3 million are expected to move in during the coming years. Energy and immigration are trend drivers that won't be stopped. And you don't have to be a Trump or Zell to find deals here.
