Need to go back to baseline of Clinton's last budget. Revenues as a percentage of GDP and Expenditures as a percentage of GDP adjust back to 2000-01.. en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org The MIC growth in the post 9/11 world is out of control. 9% annualized now the total approaches $1.4T when you factor in Veterans benefits, Homeland Security, interest on money borrowed ect.. if these figures are right our total MIC expenditures 13 years ago would have been just $455B en.wikipedia.org
