This is actually a good move on the part of NASDAQ, to effectively delist the many worthless shell companies that were brought public for no apparent reason other than to just simply raise money for promoters. As you are probably aware the NASDAQ has a notoriously bad reputation for accomodating such issues. Ancor is a legitimate concern and is not presently in any danger of being delisted.

I agree. The OTC BB is a different market with far less stringent requirements than the NASDAQ SmallCap. The BB is where NASDAQ national/small caps trade after being delisted. For more info take a look at this site...
