Hi Robert, I'm going to have to find out what role Earl will be filling as I'm not sure. I know he has a huge part of himself in Centura and it's technology. If he's anything like me, he'll put as much of himself as necessary to make sure that the company succeeds and the products maintain their high level of quality and innovativeness. As to my participation. When you have "more than a full-time job" you prioritize according to what management deems important. This is what I do. Our customers are 1st on my plate...I've heard the words "customer focus" so many times in the last couple of months, I hear it in my sleep (what a wonderful thing to hear). If (and I believe it will) Centura keeps to the course of being "customer-centric", my duties here will be at a minimum. I have been monitoring this area for months now and I will still prefer to respond to folks on our own newsgroups. If you'd like more of the pie to be placed on user groups, you are the customer...speak up! Now is the time, when the foundation for a solid, profitable company is being/has been laid to voice your needs and wants for Centura. All of your suggestions may not be taken but I know for a fact they will be read and added to the overall considerations.
