Brooks, I am sorry, but I am not a bearer of good news, I still think that this stock will now undergo major dilution of the current stock holders, and as a matter of fact, it might even go beyond the authorized 100 MM shares. I know not how much of the conversion has already occured, but it is clear that not even the first tranche of $55 MM was converted and we stioll need to ewait for the secon tranche.

This stock could reverse split and continue down. I still am not considering getting in.

A ray of hope mught be later this month and early next month if we see some strength indicating that the recent downswing was tax selling motivated rather than due to further deterioration of the fundamnetals. Do realize that the floorlees now are in control of this issue and will do what is necessary to advance their cause.
