...semantics is always a game...jno way Bill R is going to solicit publicly bids for this co at this stage...but of course it is for sale at the right price...he just figures the way to 'maximize sh value" is to get the best price, and it aint by putting up a for sale sign...in this telco environment, with things in the EARLY stage of consolidation, the licenses are worth more than the present stock price IMHO...but again, day to day moves are a mugs game..notice how the stock precipitously dropped at 10:21 when first headline crossed DJ wire???..the traders love to play this one now..conserv tgt sh to interm term remains low to mid 30's...the next 6-8 weeks will reveal lots of good news...
