Yes, he did say that, but I think it was tongue-in-cheek. If someone offered $80/share right now, even Bill would have to consider it. I don't think he would consider a buyout at anything close to the current price "a great idea". Of course, I could be wrong. Someone just sent me a VectorVest analysis of WCII that puts the value of the stock at $2. They gave it a horrible rating, but from what I can tell, their entire analysis is based on price history, earnings, etc. and does not take anything else into consideration.
