And it would be great to incentize fathers to stay with the families they start. That would be great. We need fathers to be fathers, rather than just inseminators.

Yes sir. I agree completely.
Although I also believe more must be done to encourage poor, single mothers not to have as many
children, either. I know there's a poverty cycle that feeds on itself unless there is outside help.
And part of that is education.
