An interesting idea. Because it is the guys who cause the pregnancies--they don't like using condoms and the girls are looking for love that they are not getting at home with an frequently absent father and a pissed off mother. The 'studs' will never go for it as you don't "mess with my equipment"

It would never work. You'd have to pay them. Then you would get takers.
But they should have to pay for the reversal if they decided on that later on.
Would sure solve a lot of problems, but also be a litigation lawyer's dream.

But neither the right nor the left would go for it.
