Chuck, I think most of the downside risk is taken out on Oracle. But, given the fact that I think that the market will fall steeply in the coming few weeks, ORCL could be a better buy later. A partial position at this price should be good. IMHO. Fundamentally, I think ORCL is still in the driver seat while SQL server, the next major threat, hasn't even got a learner's permit. One caveat for ORCL is same as IBM - more focus on the service side which has lesser margins.
