AS of now
Bear Sterns, Goldman, H&Q, Lehman Bros, Merrill, Morgan Stanley all downgraded this stock.

Can somebody with level 2 tell us who is accumulating more.

The sizing on the bid and ask is about level now in comparison to this morning when sellers outstripped buyers by a margin of 10-1. Seems like the frenzy selling is over for the time being at that to at a price around $22 1/2. $24 - $26 is the upper range in my opinion.
