In a sense the concern w/ equity index is sensible, but FED / Wall Street may be playing too confidently. Greenspan believes equity market stimulates the economy, and I agree Central bankers further believe that if they manipulate the equity market, they can call the shots on the economy, and i think central bankers are mistaken, because the market participants are not automatic-response robots, for they learn and adapt, and ...
