Leo: Agree to the following points:

I wouldn't consider a re-entry to COSFF just yet. MHO No rush. NOVL is still holding 9MM shares and we've seen what they can do.

Cowpland and the BOD still unchanged.

Questionable (dubious) ccounting practices still unchanged

The restructuring of top management with O'Riley and Sylvester on the case is very positive.

Disagree the following points:

(re accounting practices) no reform in sight. (Reform is in sight with new CFO - they generally always like to make changes that make old look bad and new look good. - Bean Counter Macho Ego Thing!)

Possible shareholder lawsuit. (Wrong, Vanni (who never admitted to being involved) is just blowing smoke.)

Possible action by TSE, NASD, Canadian or US authorities. (Highly improbable, Non-existant, called the OSC and the TSE myself to confirm there was no action currently being taken.)

Leo,
I thought at least that baloney was over with...

Known blandly as Statement of Position 97-2, the new rules being adopted by the accounting industry supplant a six-year-old standard that now lets companies book some revenues long before the goods or services are delivered _ or even developed.
