<..present tech willnot allow a 38Ghz signal to xmit through a structure, so you are limited to line of sight.>

Well, they aren't a PCS co. They are a CLEC. Their 38Ghz receives bandwidth dialtone through an antenna into a building. You use your normal phone. Rather than laying fiber (at $500K as per WCOM), the $30K gets an enterprise or business enclave/neighborhood bandwidth CLEC connections.

<..i cant wait to see their actual deployment.>

They HAVE revenues and are expanding like crazy (pouring everything back into their buildout)

<..so you are limited to line of sight...>

The "point-to-multipoint" transmission model, apparently soon to be approved (if not already approved) seems to eliminate this concern:

From the 11/13 tape:

"...Another potential limitation on the technology is that it requires a line of sight between the two dishes that form a link. But, Van Dussen said an emerging strategy called "point-to-multipoint" - under which a single hub broadcasts transmissions to several other places without the line-of-sight requirement - might render such limitations moot...."
