Sure, too much centralization is bad… not enough is terribly inefficient (yet needed in some respects), as your link pointed out.

As for "slave labour", it being "not very common" is simply a dodge, and beside the point… it would have to be defined if anyone really cared to, more importantly, what type of conditions do we allow and are we willing to subject US citizens to.

By outsourcing to countries with certain practices we are pretty much telling our own citizens they need to do it to or lose their jobs. Pretty simple stuff. it's the same with all production processes…

IMHO this idea is pretty much pervasive and works both ways… if we tap phones, anyone else will see they need to as well… if we use drones… at some point, when they can afford them, others will too. Monkey see, Monkey do.

This is all pretty simple stuff.
