Think not? I've already seen two major housing bubbles in my lifetime. I'm 100% certain we'll see another, especially if over the long term, we continue to see currency debasement and low interest rates as part of the Fed's monetary policy choices.

Have you ever heard of the expression, "Bad money chases good money away"? Austrian economists say this alot. It's what is referred to as Gresham's Law. It means that when the government debases the currency, other stores of value that are undervalued in that economy start to disappear from circulation, as the debased money buys all available supply of the undervalued store of value and hoards it. This is what we've already seen in the last 10 years as money has been used to buy gold, commodities, land, agriculture and food company stocks, and real estate. People are trying to get rid of the bad money, USD, and putting it wherever they believe they can find a good store of value for the long run.

This is no accident. Real estate will see a bubble again in my lifetime and yours. Bank on it.
