We discussed the political climate a bit and he is of the opinion that VGM's are here to stay and that this was posturing. His thought was too much money was involved for the state in order to outlaw them altogether. We did not talk for long at all, he seemed a bit rushed. I asked him if he knew Mims, he said yes and when I asked him what his personal opinion was of him he stated that they do not get into personal opinions.

Although there can be no assurances, the fourth quarter should be seasonally stronger than the third quarter. We therefore expect sequential revenues and earnings growth over the third quarter of 1997.

The above quote is taken from the BNGO Q&A forum, and addresses anticipated performance for this current quarter ending 12/31. Is he saying that earnings should be greater than .12 this quarter on average shares, fully diluted shares, or 3Q basis shares? Thanks.
