I would consider that CheckFree has just returned from the Retail Delivery Services conference in New Orleans last week, this show is the largest retail banking conference of the year.

Several things to note:

1. Pete Kight did a spectacular job on a panel in one of the breakout sessions on bill presentment. The MSFDC guy was very intelligent but did not convey the same industry knowledge that Pete did.

2. CheckFree had a mammoth presense at the show in terms of booth space, advertising and personnel, their booth was a definite stop on the press/analyst parade for discussion and interviews.

3. Pete Kight flat out stated that several huge E-Bill deals will be announced in the not too distant future.

If your looking for a reason for the run up today, those reasons might be a good start..

Hey TLindt, see this one:

>..are you still playing Yo-Yo with this thing, or just sitting?<

I sold the last Yo- But am bullish on CKFR to 400. In some accounts I hold old positions. In one account I trade CKFR- TLindt you know I am no chartist and only trade long quality longs and short overvalued longs.

CKFR wants to move higher but who can help it in a sell off. Bulls must sell to meet calls.

CKFR has already shown it can move strongly higher in a Bear Market. A predominately domestic company with proven model for dynamic growth.
I will not miss the next move to 40 TLindt, but CREAF at 17.5? and PNDA Bear coming home at 10% a day :) Problems, Problems...
