Gregg --

I've just listened to the DW-MS conference call with Larry Ellison and was particularly interested by his comments re: Internet commerce. He was asked if the Internet was affecting price points and responded by saying, and I paraphrase, "There's more volume, there's more digital data being sent, there are more servers. . . " Then he said, "There are a lot of Internet commerce deals that are confidential. . . financial institutions working on standardizing e-commerce on our (Oracle's) systems. . . "

Would his comment indicate a threat to CKFR or do you think they could be involved and therefore this could be positive?

Thanks in advance.

Pat
