Keynesianism is only practiced when countries need saving from following free market economics, which has no prescription for the busts that follow it's booms. Only Keynes has that. If countries followed Keynes during the good times, when he prescribes paying down debt, it would work wonderfully. Only Clinton did that, in recent times. Then W followed, and we're living the result.
