You sound like someone who has a gripe.

USWDA is risky, no doubt, but they have put together a significant agreement with GTE that is well under way and expect to close agreements with several other cellular carriers in the coming weeks. I wouldn't call that nothing. In fact they are well on their way to establishing their wireless CDPD communications system as the standard for credit card transactions.

I think you should short USWDA. With the low amount of float and the posibility of their completing an agreement with another major carrier very soon, your short would help drive down the price allow some lucky investor to buy more cheaply.

Good luck.

Hey you are a good writer. Do you do this professionally for many stocks you are shorting? I couldn't have come up with a smoother script myself, for a doomsday scenerio. If its real then watch out. But your story sounds like its designed to destabilize the price, by creating false panic in a fearfull market. Why has none of this information been posted in the press? It sounds like B.S.
