(2) Using the same logic that leads you to an actual shares owned count of 6,889,310 shares, we have the following: Average shares per shareholder in Name or IRA form among the 225 (aprox.) on your list: 10,315 Shares in Name or IRA form among the 288 'missing' shareholders: 2,970.720 (Average * Missing Shareholders) Total number of shares in Name or IRA form: 5,291,627 Total public float: 3,371,081 ---------------------------------------------------------- Total shares in Name/IRA form over public float: 1,920,546 Did the stock price go vertical 1,920,546 Name/IRA shares ago? (3) Total Called Shares: 2,513,937 Name/IRA Shares: 2,320,907 -------------------------------------------------- Shares left to be put in Name/IRA form: 193,030 It would appear that the Cavalry has finally received some or all of their 300K shares in Name/IRA form - Correct?

Riley and All RMIL Shareholders, Today @ 4:10 pm I walked into the Ft. Lauderdale office of RMIL. There I found a courteous and extremely helpful office manager who proceeded to give me the actual share float. Lets just say the numbers were awfully similar to those of Riley. There were two additional offices for Gary and Roland as well as a conference room. This office is located one block from the Beach in a very nice part of town. Roland was busy on the phone apparently hard at work. The office manager stated that they were still awaiting word on the financing and that the auditors were working on the 10k as we spoke to be out in two weeks or so. The financials would include information associated with the merger as they were looking to get the money soon. There is a language barrier as the financier does not speak English. I left there encouraged about things to come. Sorry about the long post... Chauncey
