Don: Thanks for the post. Bill has been very good and giving to me in the past, so I figure he was having a bad day.... which I am prone to myself. I have never been shy about asking. I get after my students for not asking questions because they are afraid of appearing stupid. There may be poorly articulated questions, but very seldom stupid ones. Most of the time it is just a matter of different levels of knowledge and undertanding. So anyway..... I also use charts, although I would not consider myself a chartist by any means. I do try to pay attention to the 50 and 200 day moving averages and their direction. For me personally, much of this moot because I am pretty heavily into the semis, but I am convinced they will come around again before I die (just wanted to give them a lot of room to move up).
