Somebody PLEASE explain to me how the MM's can hold the price of any security when volume increases so substantially? Do they (collectively) hold so many shares that they can fill virtually all
Buy orders? Or can they (collectively) absorb virtually any quantity of Sell orders for their own inventory? Or is this a classic instance of churning where only the little guy actually either buys or sells? George
