FWIW: There is a huge difference in the qualities of farmed salmon. Here is the best that I have found that is available near me. Good luck.

Scotish farmed salmon, in general, is some of the worst in the world. (Black Pearl does sell a non organic Scottish raised salmon as well the above.)
