Koan, So we may find that we males just need to let go and let the women lead us into the future. While I would have no problems letting a woman lead a nation, a corporation, or even a World of Warcraft guild, I find that in general, women want the men to take leadership and be the breadwinners. Plus, outside of engineering, women in the workforce generally have a hard time getting along with each other. They tend to bring a lot of unnecessary drama into their work relationships. Tenchusatsu
