Jimc...You illustrate my point perfectly! When has a mainstream paper ever gone into the detail you have just done when decribing a corporate financing? It is only on the internet that the investing public will truly learn about the system they are investing in. Next time your broker offers you part of a financing, ask him what he and his house is getting out of it. If you think the deal is to rich. Invest your money elsewhere. Next time you buy a spec stock, do your homework, ask questions about the share structure. Who will be doing what to who and when? Look at the charts. Check to see when big private placements come due. Check to see when B. Warrants come due. I could go on but I think , I hope i have made my point. We still need Canaccord and Yorkton; but perhaps we should let them know they need us as well. Surething
