<<We must tell Osten that his salary is abhorrent>>

A HUGE ditto from me. As a matter of fact, in looking at the whole management's pay structure - they're all being paid over $200K.

These figures are disgusting as they have not performed well to that bottom line. Give them a bonus structure based on incentives - that's what they need to make this piece of sh*t move. The stock's a dog because management's a bunch of dogs.

The whole management's salary HAS to be restructured - it's too easy for them right now - they are obviously content w/ current performance. Personally, I wouldn't care if they made HUGE dollars as long as earnings were strong. Make them understand this during this go around - or make them understand that they are not long for this company.

I may get back in after my 31 day tax period is over. Who will be at the shareholders meeting to vote?

-Jay

I sent in my proxy with a NO to repricing, having looked at the management salaries and options and concluded that the shareholders were being ripped off. Unfortunately the mail strike will help management immensely (an accident??) - most people won't have enough time to receive and return the proxy forms. Of course a class operation would realize this and defer the vote - any bets?

We had a mail strike here in Canada just received my annual report.
If someone who attends tha annual meeting could they ask a very simple question.
-How can management justify its salary going up 100% in two years while EPS have gone down 100% in that two year period.

Now I know why they have a poision pill for any hostile buyers.
