RE:"AMD has major assembly plants in Penang (Malaysia) and Bangkok (Thailand). Are the marks you saw from either of these two countries?"

From what I remember hearing at on the conference call and reading else where AMD will be doing the C4 bump technology at the Penang plant. I remember hearing that once AMD goes into full production at 0.25 microns it was a necessity for AMD to be doing the C4 bump in house do to IBM's capacity constraints.
